Purchase Committee
Role : The PC is responsible to:
- Accept and review the purchase proposals/quotations received from different departments.
- Conduct the negotiations with suppliers for the best quality & price.
- Make recommendations to the Management for placing the purchase orders.
Frequency of meetings: Twice in a Semester / on Demand Basis
